開放式辦公室減少了員工隱私空間，但透過良好的自然光線及空間配置能促使他們有更多活動的機會或交流，而基地面對公園的優勢能確實帶來充足陽光及綠意的好處。

開放式區域容納三個不同部門，因為他們有即時溝通及工作程序的緊密關係，將此區域安排於刻意擴大的落地窗前，而陽台能做為談話區或休息區使用，旁邊的大小會議室能因應各種不同活動而彈性區隔，並透過玻璃及格柵拉門將自然光延伸進來。

天花及牆面的不加修飾爭取最大個空間感受，monochome 是材質選用的設定，利用灰泥、黑鐵、玻璃及白灰色木地板做為無彩色畫布，目的在平衡充滿各式各樣布料的空間，而玻璃使得各處都能將外界的綠意引入，做為室內最主要的裝飾。


The open office reduces the employees’ private space. But the fine natural light and space layout can prompt them to have more chances to move around or exchange ideas. The advantage of the base facing a park indeed brings the sufficient sunlight and greenness.
The open area includes three different sectors. As they have the close relationship of instant communication and working procedure, this area is arranged in front of the deliberately enlarged French window. The balcony can serve as the talking area or the rest area. The large and small meeting rooms aside can be separated flexibly in response to various different activities. The natural light is introduced through the glass and grid sliding door.
The crudeness of the ceiling and the wall is intended for the largest space feeling. “Monochome” is the setting in selecting the materials. Stucco, black iron, glass, and white-gray wood floor serve as the colorless canvas. It is aimed to balance the space full of a variety of fabrics. The glass enables the external greenness to be introduced to every corner and become the major decoration of the indoor space.
